  • Jogging stroller makes good replacement for any double stroller

It is a very easy to push and maneuver. The only complaint so far is that the joint between the hadlebar and the frame of the stroller is a bit weak and tends to wobble. Other than that a very good stroller for the price.
  • Ok for the price. There are pro's and con's...

I received my safari double jogging stroller this past week and have enjoyed using it so far, however, there are some points that should be addressed. My number one complaint is that the babies roll to the center. There is no support in the center of the seat backs and this causes the babies to roll to the center. I will also say that a really bad feature is the buckle system on the harness. The buckles will PINCH YOUR FINGERS! Be very careful when buckling the kids in. It got me twice, my mother, and my husband all the day after we got it, so it's not just me. It would really hurt if a child's skin were to accidentally get in there while fastening it. I had a huge bruise from it. There needs to be some adjustment from the factory on this! Of course the sunshade is horrible unless the sun is behind you, but I suppose an additional sunshade would remedy this. I did see a stroller in BRU that's shade moved like that of a infant carrier carseat. This would be awesome if InStep figured this out! Also, WHY IS THERE NO REAL CUP HOLDER? I mean, how hard is it to put a cup holder? Seriously... The little "parents console" is worthless except for keys or a cellphone. It will flip a water bottle or drink right out on the ground. The seats do recline nicley for infants, but they don't sit up all the way for older kids so there is always some recline to the seats. It pushes well in tall grass, trails, and gravel. I use it as my main stroller and have not had but one occasion to have a problem with a doorway being too narrow to fit, and it did fit, I just had to come at the doorway at an angle. It fits in my suburban fine with the wheels still attatched. It is no more bulky to handle than my double Graco duo glider was. With some minor adjustments from the company, they could really have a great stroller, but for the money, it's fine. I just can't pay $500 for a BOB.
  • Great Double Stroller!

I just got this stroller, it is much better than my 2 other tandem double strollers! It turns much easier, and also folds up nice and compact. Compact enough to fit in the trunk of my Neon! My twin boys love it and fit in it nicely, they like to be beside each other. I would recomend this stroller to anyone with two little kids!
  • Not for tall parents...

After hours upon hours of research I ordered this stroller. The box arrived with quite a bit of damage and one of the plastic stroller parts was broken. Additionally, the nap bar needed to be adjusted and tires needed to be inflated. Customer service was helpful, though, contrary to other reviewers' experiences. After putting it all together and taking it for a quick test drive - there's absolutely no way I could walk or run with this thing. I'm 5'10" and my husband is 6'2". Just so uncomfortable. The handle is so low...much lower than even my Graco duoglide tandem stroller. There are no other InStep strollers with an adjustable handlebar so I had to order a Schwinn. For parents not as tall - this is an excellent purchase even with the minor headaches of broken pieces and deflated tires. (I had to go buy a tire pump!)
  • Great long-term stroller

I bought this stroller after my second child was born. I had the In-step single jogger before that. Now my kids are 3 and 5 years old and I am still using it. When the kids were younger, I could use it in most stores and malls. Not all though, because it is a wide stroller, but even for it's size it manenuvers very well. Now that they are older I use it just when I go running. Both of my kids are big for their age, but still within the weight limit. If this product has survived almost three years of my kids, it has to be well built. I don't know how the more expensive strollers are, but it's hard to believe they are better than this one...just more expensive. Great buy!!
